node sass 不支持当前的环境，解决方法如下：
1、卸载当前版本node sass
npm uninstall --save node-sass
2、重新安装node sass
npm install --save node-sass
我重新安装的时候出现了问题,具体错误信息点击这里,我是直接处理完这个问题就可以了.
另外除了上面一个问题，执行完后可能会碰到的问题（我就碰到了，提供以下的解决的办法参考）
This usually happens because your environment has changed since running npm install.
Run npm rebuild node-sass to download the binding for your current environment.
解决办法：
npm i node-sass --sass_binary_site=https://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node-sass/
