2. Where do I start?
- Talk to the business owner to get what they really need/want.
- Find a subject matter expert and validate that what the business owner really wants, which is logical, realistic, and appropriate based on the current environment.
- Define the project vision/Business Plan. what it is we're hoping to accomplish. Usually it's done by the business owner but they would like to get you doing it and review it.
- Validate the objective.
- Ensure there's support. Let's run it up the proverbial flagpole. Let's talk to the business owner to get the support.
- Define the Approach. how are we going to deliver it? What methodology are we going to use? to ensure that we have posibility to success.
